Who we are, what we believe, and why Church Home might be your new church home.
Church Home is more than just a name for the church.
Church should be a place where you feel at home, and it should be filled with people that become a family to call your own. This is something we say all the time because it’s a core part of what makes us who we are.
My name is Chris and I am proudly a husband and father that gets to lead Church Home. Missions brought me to Nelspruit where I met my wife (also a missionary) and 8 months later we were married. Our family was uniquely knit together, and we have always claimed Family to be one of our strengths. Shortly after getting married God called us to Cape Town to plant a church in 2016. Since then we’ve had an opportunity of leading a local church for the last four years. Now we embark on a new and exciting opportunity to respond to that first call to plant a new church.
SAFETY is our biggest value
Church should be a safe place for anyone to encounter Jesus and church. Whether you’ve been hurt by church, never been, left, or love it and seek a new home, we’re here for you. Everyone deserves the opportunity to experience Church and Jesus.

We don’t have a Sunday service yet and here is why:
We want to make sure the foundation is right. We have alot to do to so that we can launch the kind of church that we say we are going to be.
It is important to us that we are who we say we are.
From the first Sunday we will be able to provide a great worship experience, good teaching, amazing environments for your kids from 2 years old to Matric, and the kind of welcome that makes you feel like Church Home can be a Church to call Home and a Family to call your own.

You don’t have to wait for our Sunday services to begin before you can get involved
Our community is already alive and thriving through Alpha Groups, Women’s and Men’s groups, serve days, family gatherings every other Sunday morning, and monthly gatherings. This is a place where you’ll find friendship, care, and a true sense of belonging.
Here, you can be seen and known for who you are.
Before the first service even begins, there’s already a place for you to belong.
