What to expect when you visit on a Sunday Morning

It’s important that you know what you can expect when you visit us on a Sunday morning. We don’t want you to have any surprises and we want you to feel comfortable inviting others.

  • What time does the service start and end?

Our service starts at 9am and we START ON TIME because we want to let you LEAVE ON TIME. Your day and your plans are important. Time is valuable, and we want you to know that we respect your time. Our serves ends at 10:10am.

  • Is there something for my kids?

YES! When you come, you will find that there is an environment specifically for your kids. These environments are age-appropriate and designed so that your kid can learn about Jesus in a way that is relevant to them! These environments are safe and require your child to be checked in and checked out by a parent or guardian.

As you enjoy the service you can feel confident that your children are safe and having a wonderful time, all while learning about the love Jesus has for them.

  • What’s in a service?

At 9am we start with a friendly welcome followed by worship.

    • This is an opportunity for you to sing with the rest of the congregation.
    • The words will be on the screen so don’t worry about knowing the music by heart.
    • If you are not comfortable with this part, that’s ok! You don’t have to sing! We are careful to pick songs that help you connect with Jesus and remain approachable for all.

After worship there is prayer and some announcements so you know what’s happening in the life of the church.

Pastor, Chris, will give a 35 minute message. These messages will teach you, inspire you, and equip you.

    • Each message is presented in a way that is approachable for those that don’t understand all the church stuff.
    • These messages include scripture and lots of stories that can be related to with out diluting the truth of God’s word.

We close our services with another song so that you can reflect on what you’ve just heard. There is an invitation to come for prayer during this time. We have a volunteer that is equipped to pray with you.

    Then our services are dismissed.

  • What happens after the service?

We have tea and coffee served from our own local barista and it cost you nothing! It’s important to us that you feel at ease and have a place to hang out with your friends and family.
